Return Policy

At Thofetah_World, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with returns or exchanges under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

  • Be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Have all original packaging, tags, and receipts
  • Not be a custom-made or clearance item (unless faulty)

2. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

We accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color delivered
  • Defective or damaged products
  • Items that differ significantly from the description

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or used footwear
  • Slight color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Personal dislike or change of mind after use

3. Process for Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. We will confirm if the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
  4. Return the item using a reliable courier or delivery service.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Refunds are only issued for items that meet the return criteria.

5. Exchanges

  • If you prefer to exchange an item (e.g., for another size or color), we will process the exchange once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
